Brand Registration

API Description
Use Cases

The Brand Registration API is applicable to institutions in several industries such as government, finance, express delivery, healthcare, education, etc. who have outbound call needs.

For example, when a hospital’s call center calls a rehabilitation patient to arrange a follow-up, patient may doubt the calling number and therefore usually refuse the call. By calling this API, the hospital can ensure that their name is displayed to the callee, thereby improving connection rates and significantly improving customer service satisfaction.

Similar use cases are applicable to:

  • Telesales
  • Customer Support
  • Outreach efforts of NGOs
  • Calls placed by authorities or government institutions for official matters
Benefits

Using the Brand Registration API offers several advantages:

  • Improving Effective Connection Rate: For enterprises with outbound call needs, such as those in government, finance, express delivery, healthcare, and education industries, this API enables displaying the real identity of the caller. For example, when a hospital calls rehabilitation patients, the patients are more likely to answer the call, thus significantly improving the effective connection rate.
  • Cost Saving: A higher connection rate means less time and resources wasted on repeated calls. Enterprises can achieve more with less effort, resulting in cost savings in the long run.
  • Enhancing Enterprise Image: When enterprises can present their identity through this API, it gives a positive impression to the called customers. This helps enhance the enterprise’s image and credibility in the market.
