At this page you can find an overview of all CAMARA APIs. It is split into mature APIs, and APIs which are in earlier development.
API Overview
Mature APIs
The APIs in the following table are mature: APIs which are stable or already part of two or more CAMARA meta releases.
| Authentication and Fraud Prevention | Location Services | Communication Services | Communication Quality | Device Information | Computing Services | Payments and Charging | Service Management |

APIs in earlier development
APIs which are in earlier development are listed in the table below. For APIs in bold font an initial release is available. APIs in normal font are currently in progress.

API Status vs. Repository Status vs. Maturity
API status and repository status describe two different aspects of an API and its development within CAMARA.
The API status describes the release status of an individual API. An API can progress from Alpha, through Release Candidate (RC), to Public. A public API can have the status Initial (version 0.x) or Stable (version 1.x or higher). Initial APIs may still evolve, while Stable APIs have reached the defined level of stability according to the CAMARA release criteria.
The repository status describes the development stage of the CAMARA repository and the community maintaining the APIs within it. Repositories progress from Sandbox, through Incubating, to Graduated. A repository may contain one or more closely related APIs, and its status is therefore independent from the status of an individual API.
In short: API status tells you where an API is in its release lifecycle, while repository status tells you where the repository and its community are in the CAMARA project lifecycle.
On this CAMARA API Overview, APIs are additionally grouped into “Mature APIs” and “APIs in earlier development.” This classification should not be confused with API status or repository status. CAMARA considers APIs mature for the purpose of this overview when they are Stable or have already been included in two or more CAMARA meta-releases.
