Network-as-a-service (NaaS) remains a lucrative financial opportunity for network operators in tying together connectivity options for enterprise customers, an opportunity that industry trade group MEF is looking to propel through its API-based “NaaS vision.”
MEF CTO Pascal Menezes explained in an interview with SDxCentral that the group laid out this vision late last year in its NaaS Industry Blueprint. This blueprint relies heavily on operator’s tapping into an API ecosystem designed to help both operators and enterprise customers connect the dots on their respective NaaS journeys.
